Terms of Service

Thank you for using our Services. Because we cannot know every user personally, these Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using them.

When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean the independent developer who operates the Services under the Ganjiday and Arcanumber brands, reachable at support@ganjiday.com. When we say "Services", we mean Ganjiday (ganjiday.com) and Arcanumber (arcanumber.com), including their free tools, paid full readings and emails. When we say "you", we mean the person using the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to the latest version of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Refund Policy. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive it. These Terms contain a limitation of our liability.

Eligibility and accounts

1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy credits.
2. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
3. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for all activity under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by your failure to do so.

Calculation, interpretation and entertainment use

Calculations follow fixed rules of each traditional system and give the same result for the same inputs. Interpretations are written from those calculations with the help of an AI model, for entertainment and self-reflection: they are not predictions of the future, not professional advice and not guaranteed to be accurate. Credits and payments

1. Free tools are free: we do not ask for payment details to use them.
2. Full readings are paid for with credits. The price of each credit pack and the number of credits a reading costs are shown before you pay or unlock a reading.
3. Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Credits from a pack expire 365 days after purchase.
4. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Where required, taxes are added at checkout.
5. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to interfere with or disrupt the Services. You may not access the Services by automated means such as scraping, or attempt to get around rate limits, bot protection or payment. You may not reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the Services without our express written permission.

Your content and ours

The inputs you submit remain yours. You give us a limited licence to use them to provide the Services to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We, or our licensors, own the Services, including their software, design and text.

Cancellation and termination

1. You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy; what happens to unused credits is described in our Refund Policy.
2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, or refuse service to anyone who misuses the Services.

Changes to the Services and prices

We may change or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Services. We may change prices; new prices apply to purchases made after the change. When we make a significant change to these Terms, we will update the date below and take other appropriate steps to notify users.

No warranty

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) the use of or inability to use the Services; (ii) any decision you make or action you take based on a reading; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your data; or (iv) any other matter relating to the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
