Refund Policy
This policy applies to purchases on Ganjiday (ganjiday.com) and Arcanumber (arcanumber.com). Full readings are paid for with credits, which you buy in packs.
When you can get a refund
- Failed or incomplete readings — automatic. If a full reading fails or is missing sections, it is marked as failed and the credits are returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask, and you can try again.
- Unused credits — on request. You can request a refund for a payment made within the last 30 days. We refund the part of the payment that covers credits you have not used.
- Billing errors — on request. If you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and we will refund the extra charge.
When we do not refund
- Credits already used for a delivered reading. A completed reading cannot be returned, including when you disagree with its interpretation. The readings are for entertainment only; see our Disclaimer.
- Payments made more than 30 days ago.
- Expired credits. Credits from a pack expire 365 days after purchase.
- Account deletion. Deleting your account removes your remaining credits without a refund. If you want a refund, request it before you delete your account.
How to request a refund
- Sign in, open the Billing page and choose Request refund.
- Select the payment. Each payment can have one open request at a time.
- Tell us the reason and leave a contact email, so we can reach you even if you later delete your account.
If you cannot sign in, email support@ganjiday.com with the email address of your account and the date and amount of the payment.
How long it takes
We review every request and aim to reply within 5 business days, by email, with the decision. An approved refund is returned to your original payment method; depending on your bank or payment provider, it usually appears within 5–10 business days. When a refund is completed, the remaining credits from that payment are removed from your account. Credits you have already used are not charged back.
A payment dispute (chargeback) is handled like a refund request, and your account may be restricted until it is resolved.
